Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A: CocoaVia.com is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California, North Carolina, Minnesota, and Virginia. If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
Q: How can I make a change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact customer service at 1.877.842.0802 immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Q: Will I have to sign for my package?
A: Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO's and US Territories?
A: Yes, packages are sent via FedEx SmartPost. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
