The health and safety of our Associates and contractors, their families, and those we come into contact with through the course of business is always our top priority. As a brand within Mars, we are closely monitoring the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation. We would like to share the steps we have taken to help curb the spread of the coronavirus and support the health of our Associates and their communities.
At CocoaVia™, our mission is to empower prolonged wellbeing and over the past few weeks we have taken many proactive measures to keep our communities healthy and safe. On March 16th we required all office Associates to work remotely until further notice, staying diligent to keep pace and provide our consumers with the upmost care and support.
In our shipping and fulfillment facility we have increased the frequency of hand washing and equipment cleaning. Areas of high traffic in the facility are also supplied with additional disinfectants to minimize risk, and facility operations are being conducted in a way that allows for social distancing. We have also partnered with our manufacturers to identify any and all potential points of contact and mitigate where spread may occur.
We understand that your health is as important as ever during this time. In addition to the safety measures we have taken, we have been working closely with internal teams and shipping partners to ensure your CocoaVia™ products are delivered efficiently and without compromising our high standards. Currently we anticipate no delays in processing and shipping orders.
