Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- ½ cup blueberries, frozen
- ½ cup blackberries, frozen
- ½ cup sliced strawberries, frozen
- ¾ cup nondairy milk
- ½ cup nondairy yogurt
- 1 Scoop of CocoaVia™ Cardio Health Powder
- 2 pitted medjool dates(optional)
- Hemp seeds for garnish(optional)

Instructions
- Use store-bought frozen berries or freeze your own.
- To freeze: Transfer the blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries to a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze at least overnight or for up to 8 months.
- Place the frozen berries, nondairy milk, yogurt, CocoaVia™ Cardio Health Supplement, and dates (if using) into the canister of a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until just smooth. Do not over blend or the smoothie will liquify.:
