Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla nondairy milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 dates
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop CocoaVia™ Cardio Health Powder
  • 2 ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • 1/3 cup berries

  • Instructions

    1. Transfer the nondairy milk, vanilla, almond butter, dates, cinnamon, and CocoaVia™ Cardio Health Supplement, to a blender.
    2. Blend on high until smooth.
    3. Pour the blended mixture into an airtight container.
    4. Add the chia seeds and mix well to combine.
    5. Add maple syrup to taste.
    6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    7. Top with fresh berries and maple syrup for serving.
