Ingredients

  • 1 shot of brewed espresso or prepared instant espresso (2 Tbsp.)
  • Sweetener of choice to taste (example: 2 Tbsp. of sugar-free syrup or 2 Tbsp. of calorie-free sweetener)
  • 1 1/2 cups of heated nonfat milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 scoop of CocoaVia™ Health Powder
